Positives: Show more Negatives: too many to list - problems after problems Comments: I'm in one of their other developments and I experienced a flood the day I was to move in. Plus, at least 3 floods in building since. Including a flood affecting 12 floors! Balcony glass has been shattering and falling to the streets below. Amenities have been out of order due to flooding and mechanical issues. Building is still left unfinished in certain areas. Terrible response from Intergulf Show less
