Looks like Rosebrook couldn't make it work and the site/project is now conditionally sold to someone else. Will be interesting to see what happens with it.

Thoughts on the best use for this site?

Looks like the project is now being developed by @Berkshire Axis Development; name is still @Loft Forty Five. All the details are up on the project listing...

According to the amazing Twitter-machine, @Symmetry Developments says:

"...sold via power of sale, I believe. Will likely get built, just not by Rosebrook."

Didn't want to get into the POS details, but yes. Hopefully the new owner redesigns it. The plans were pretty horrible.

It was originally going to be the sales office for Loft Forty Five, but they decided not to use it as such.
