What will happen with the Pusateris site on Avenue?

The Pusateris Fine Grocery basically burnt down over the weekend.

It is no secret that they have been looking to build a new store in that area for a while, and have been purchasing a lot of land in the area.

So, the question is, do they have enough land to assemble a nice condo site and Avenue and Lawrence, and build their flagship store at grade?????

I am almost certain that they own the car wash to the south of them, and have heard rumours about them owning the strip mall as well.
