lattes may tend to contract and separate from each other, in summer this
process naturally reverses itself. Consequently, the promissory purchaser hereby agrees not to hold the vendor responsible against any movement or separation of the floor lattes, which may occur when, said movement or separation is attributable to variations in humidity.
