Note 2 : VIVA condos urbains reserves the right to replace certain elements of the devis with others of equal quality or value. All decorative furniture and appliances shown on the plans are not included in the specifications and are illustrated for a better understanding.
Note 3 : The project being in a development stage, the purchaser recognizes that the floor plan forming part of the preliminary contract might change slightly due to structural constraint.
Note 4: The promissory purchaser is advised that such floors are constructed of kiln-dried lumber but are nonetheless subject to natural contraction and expansion. Due to decreased humidity in the home during the winter, the wood
lattes may tend to contract and separate from each other, in summer this
process naturally reverses itself. Consequently, the promissory purchaser hereby agrees not to hold the vendor responsible against any movement or separation of the floor lattes, which may occur when, said movement or separation is attributable to variations in humidity.
Note 5 : Only sub-contractors authorized by VIVA condos urbains can do construction work on the job site. Purchaser cannot supply any accessory or material to be installed – all material must be purchased by VIVA condos urbains.
