Are all the condos at The Plant already allocated?

From my realtor: All the units in the plant condo has already been allocated at this point. And the sales office hasn't open yet. What we can do right now is to submit the worksheet to the builder and give them your first three choice to see if we can get you a unit. You have no obligation or what so ever by submitting a worksheet. Then we can start from there

@The Plant Condosis currently in their Pre-Launch phase and is not open to the public. You would have to ask your agent to contact the sales office to get the latest availability or you can contact the developer directly by filling out the Request More Information box on the side of the listing.
