Ontario: Are there pre-construction developments that will close in 2016/17

I'm interested in investing a pre-construction property in Ontario (particularly Hamilton, Milton, Kitchener or Cambridge) that will close n 2016 or 2017. Budget is around 300K and preference is towards town-home. Do you of any really good projects from reputable builders or alternatively reliable realtor that will help me through this process?
