Monarch's Epicurean Condo Development gone belly up?
Hi guys,
I heard from a local resident in the area of Bloor and Prince Edward area today that Monarch is pulling the plug on this development (at $500 to $600 psf. it was maybe too much for this quiet area of The Kingsway).
Does anyone have verification of this?
