Ideas for New Condo Trends

Hello everyone. I'm Duncan McAllister and I'm new to the forum. I put together the weekly new condo profile every Thursday in Metro News.

I'm always looking for ideas for my New Condo Trends column and would welcome submissions that you may have.

A couple of examples here to give you an idea of the format:

and of course, this one here...

Thanks Duncan! Here are some cool ideas:
1. How do GenYs search for real estate?
2. What new technologies are being used to make small condos livable
3. What have been the highest performing condo buildings for investors, and why
4. 416 to the 905 - why the shift in density?

I am so sick and tired of reading the real-estate section in the newspapers. They are so full of fluff and BS. It is obvious that these "journalists" are just taking a bunch of press releases from the builder, and copying them into the paper.
What about a real-review of a project, where you actually critique the project, and name the good parts of it and the bad parts?

+1. I'd like to see the great projects/builders get credit and rewarded for the above-average work being done.

How about what new owners buy, collect, curate and place in their condos? A couple of suggestions:
