Weirdest "feature" on a NYC apartment you looked at?

There are plenty of strange apartments here in NYC. Some are tiny with odd layouts. Others have a toilet in the middle of the kitchen.... List goes on!

What was the weirdest "feature" you've ever seen either in a listing or in person?
And did they manage to turn that negative into a positive?

I saw an apartment this weekend that hadn't bothered to put up anything to separate the shower floor from the rest of the bathroom. So, basically, when you have a shower your entire bathroom is your shower. *Sigh*
