A number of interested developers have called me. I don't think they have a deal yet as of a few weeks ago. They are contemplating a low rise condo.

Yes! I saw the sign that it was for sale a few weeks ago.

With @The Nest Condos just a few blocks down the road, the St Clair madness just keeps running West. It will be interesting to see who makes a go at it.

The St Clair Ave W study promotes mid-rise as we know so its a sure thing here as the location is wonderful. I really hope things continue along this corridor to gentrify.

Can they even build anything on this land? I've heard there are Garrison Creek issues if developers are thinking a low rise condo. Maybe townhouses? Thoughts my friends?

not sure I assume they did because it is a developer, I will find out more details next week and will provide what ever info I can

This is a very similar situation to the SDM development, where one of the property owners is holding out, for what I'm not sure. Perhaps they feel that the developer is low balling an offer, but a deal has been worked out for the corner property for now.
