Positives: Great location! Close to grocery stores, drugstores, restaurants, malls, gym, community centre, highway. Show more Negatives: Low quality products used for inside home. Buyer beware. Comments: Buyer beware. Layouts, products and quality may differ greatly than what is advertised. Be certain to ask about your final kitchen layout which may be significantly different from your floor-plan. Quality of toilets and bathtub are also an issue. Show less
