Positives: Nothing positive to say. Show more Negatives: Terrible builder, Worst communication, not reliable, no reliable update on construction status. Comments: Terrible builder. Occupancy date was Dec, 2020 when signed the contract on Sept 2017. But now it is moved to 2024 ending. They don't have finance to pay the workers and contractors. It is not a good sign of reputed company. Because of that no traders are showing up to work. All of their project are going at slower phase. Even snail can move faster than their progress. I am not sure, if they could complete the projects with their financial troubles. Show less
