Positives: The location is fantastic. Show more Negatives: Delays; layout discrepancies and deficiencies; customer service. Comments: My overall assessment is that the location and design is great, but the actual finished product and builder (i.e. customer service) is terrible. Would maybe recommend buying a resale unit to ensure someone else has gone through the headache of the Tarion warranty process in addressing any building deficiencies. Show less

Positives: Location, close to St. laurant mall and transit. Show more Negatives: exterior design, hallways ... Comments: The interior is done very well. Exterior finishes seems in complete at the moment. Quality of workmanship just isn't there, tools and pluming items left in the hallway over weekend while taking my client to see a unit. On our way out two owners were talking about filing a complaint with Tarion regarding issues with their units! Show less
