Positives: Close to International Mall and Airport Show more Negatives: A lot of it. I have detailed some of them here. Comments: We were one of the initial tenants that moved in right after the construction of this complex assuming the appliances would be new and everything would be nice since its a new apartment. It turns out we started having issues the very week we moved in. 1. Poor construction, you can hear your neighbours and the tenants staying above you. A daily headache to listen to the tenants above walking. Makes loud noise. 2. Staff Issues 3. Cleanliness Issues 4. The apartments is a non-smoking, but the tenants keep smoking and the smell just fills up your house. 5. Noise Issues from the courtyard 6. Bug & Insects Issues in courtyard 7. No Phone Network in the apartment 8. EV Charging Point does not work even after complaining for the last 10 months. 9. Event Notifications received 2-4 hours before the event. 10. Water Billing issues Show less
