Positives: Home appearance is good in and out Show more Negatives: Hidden issues by cutting corners during building process. Improperly built and not to code. Comments: I have spent thousands in investigation and stop-gap measures on a leaky basement of my Sunmark built home. The perimeter drain tile for the foundation is sloped in the wrong direction causing water to pool at the back of the house while the sump is at the front of the house. The sump is bone dry and also improperly plumbed. I have called, emailed, and tried every measure to get someone to talk to me about the situation and have not made any demands. Nobody is willing to return my emails or calls.Someone answered the phone 1 out of 10+ times and said they would discuss with the owner. I don't hear back from them at all. The home owner service request representative with a different phone number has talked to my wife many times and has informed her that he doesn't work for Sunmark and can't help! Their customer service is horrible. Beware! Show less
