Positives: Great location and amenities.
Comments: This was my first time buying pre-construction. Very happy with the process so far. Reserve was great to deal with and I think this is a fantastic project, with exciting amenities. I've seen Reserve's other work, most notably Rise, and I have been impressed.

Positives: good location, nice finishes
Negatives: poor experience with builder, changes made to building after agreement signed that affected unit negatively
Comments: I'm writing this Reserve Properties review due to the negative experience I had in purchasing from this builder.
After the agreement took place, changes to the building were made that brought the roof level with my east facing window. This affected security and privacy. Also, a cooling tower was placed directly outside of my window. (you can see photos of this in my Google review of Reserve Properties.) This cooling tower is basically a cement brick walled industrial unit that is noisy and blocks my view entirely. Before purchase I was told that the window would overlook a green roof and all marketing materials and a model in the showroom showed this as well. So, I am disappointed to say the least. A respected agent estimates the loss in value (due to the lost view) as between 50-100K.
