Positives: I have a roof over my head Show more Negatives: 2 years late, cigarette butts on my balcony, almost 100 defects in condo, poor craftsmanship, poor customer support Comments: I first signed a contract to buy my condo in December 2013 for a move-in date of September 2015. I didn't move in until September 2017 - 2 years late. Those were two very difficult years waiting and being disappointed over and over again as they continued to extend the move-in date. When I finally did move in, the building wasn't even close to done: No carpets, ceilings in the halls and the walls weren't finished or painted either. Furthermore, my condo had almost 100 defects and I've even had contractors working here tell me this has been the most poorly run jobsite they've ever seen. There were cigarette butts flicked all over the balcony which is disgusting and unnecessary, and the cement tiles they've laid down down aren't even laid flat. When I turn on my washer, there's a loud, reverberating water hammer that sounds like a pipe is going to burst. Customer support has been terrible, who'se going to pay for this when it happens? (Out of space or I'd continue...) Show less
