Positives: Show more Negatives: unprofessional Comments: The builder is charging interest for each day we don't close our mortgage and all because of their negligence! We had to do our inspection while tradesmen were running around frantically trying to get things done, couldn't close our mortgage without an appraisal, appraiser went 3 times because its still not complete, but we are expected to close and move in.... We get plywood counter tops until Pace is ready to install proper ones, sold us a townhome with an unfinished room on the first level that is apparently an upgrade.....we waited 5 years at our cost.....this is the most unprofessional builder with no compassion for what they have put everyone through and apparently this is all legal... Good job Pace! Show less
