Positives: Nothing Show more Negatives: Doesn't pickup phone, deadline was missed by over 3 months, went over budget by $50K and made so many mistakes it was unreal. Worst investment of our life BECAREFUL OF NATHAN THE CON ARTIST! Comments: We had our unit done by the master con artist NATHAN HALLMAN. Never picks up the phone or always saying "oh im busy" and not watching over workers and going over budget and going longer than deadline and costing so much in mistakes. He is the WORST builder I have ever seen in my life (all of the people he has done projects for are either suing him or have fired him or have said he is THE WORST INVESTMENT OF LIFE and wish they never took him on. BE VERY CAREFUL HE WILL TALK TO YOU AS IF HE IS GOING TO DO EVERYTHING BUT HE ONCE HE HAS THE CONTRACT SIGNED HE DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN. POOR QUALITY, POOR MATERIAL, POOR INSTALLATION ALL AROUND All the good people he was contracting left him and wont work with him anymore because he doesn't pay them and owe's people so much money that now ONLY THE crappy people with 1 star reviews work with him therefore making the project extremely poor quality and lots of mistakes. Stay far away you will thank me - there are multiple posts exposing Nathan. Show less
