Positives: Show more Negatives: Dishonest and greedy builder. Signed contract and now asking for $50K more 2 weeks before closing. Sq ft less than quoted. Cannot be trusted to honor builders warranty. Comments: Given how greedy he is, he will not honor warranty. Manufacturing defects are mostly not visible to house inspectors and repairs can run in hundreds of thousands of dollars. Buying a new home from this builder is buying with no real warranty - too much risk. We are so frustrated that we lost the opportunity to buy another beautiful house because we fell prey to their initial pitch. Show less
