Positives: None Show more Negatives: They cannot stay to timeliness with little to no communications Comments: Landcraft development is the worst building developer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We purchased a townhome unit in this development nearly 30 months ago and it is still not complete!!! They are now nearing 1 year past the contracted completion date. Current interest rates continue to climb which is now costing us more money due to their inability to manage a project. Of course if we want we can get our deposit back and walk away but then we are starting over with someone else. Over the course of the past 2 years we have seen many other new developments start and finish in less time than this one. Stay far away from this developer!! Show less
