Positives: Location Show more Negatives: Quailty/Contractor/Sub Contractors/ Comments: This subdivision will be a nightmare for Tarion as the quailty control got missed. They are so far behind they start 10 things and finish nothing and have no quailty control. It appears the cheapest is not the best the main contractor could not organize a wheelbarrow races let alone build a suddivision. As each day passes the money to complete is drying up they will need to sell another subdivision to complete. The condo board are spineless as they are letting it happen. Show less

Positives: Nothing much positive here... Have watched the developer build these and they are a mess of disorganization. Show more Negatives: Houses are packed in like sardines. Developer is motivated only by how many units they can pack in. Guaranteed several basements are going to have flooding issues. Show less
