Comments: Jeffery Homes is one of the last true craftsman in the home building trade. He's an actual builder. Not a conglomerate of people who know nothing about building pooling their money to buy land then hiring the cheapest contactors to bid on the job to throw something together. There is a massive difference in the finished product.

Negatives: Once they have your money, prepare to send countless emails and make countless phone calls for them to come out and fix items that are under warranty.
Comments: This builder will not respond to email or phone calls, only after sending multiple messages they will respond with a vague response. When we bought a home from Jeffery, we were told that the after purchase customer service was amazing.....dead wrong. Trying to get them to honor their warranty is a nightmare. At first I thought it was just us, but after talking with neighbors I discovered EVERYBODY in this development is experiencing the same thing. Terrible business practices, shoddy workmanship and the worst customer service. If you’re thinking of buying from Jeffery, reconsider your options. This builders reputation of building quality houses has come and gone! Don’t be fooled by the smiles at the show home.

Comments: Great Builder. Great product. I have bought from other builders before and the quality of Jeffery is unmatched. I won't buy from any other builder from now on. Many of my neighbors bought with other builders and sold right away and switched to a Jeffery Home and are very happy.
