Negatives: as per my experiences, I would never buy another Highcastle home
Comments: I purchased a highcastle home in January and have had nothing but MAJOR Issues with my house. I had electrical issues where the fire department was called as the house went over 95 degrees. I was told by Highcastle that the electrician fixed it and that was a lie.Recently I had a leak from the roof into the upper bathroom which lead to the main living room. They removed 2 bags of moldy insulation from my attic. Last week, they were laying Sod in my backyard when they drove the machine into my brick and foundation. I had put a deposit for a deck which now as result can't be built by the person I hired. Highcastle told me that unfortunately they will not cover my money that I am out and that accidents happen. When the built the house, my back sliding door could not be opened because they did not put a support beam. It took them 6 months to fix. If you want to buy a highcastle home, email me and I can tell you more of my horror stories with this builder.
