Positives: Show more Negatives: Dodgy company Comments: Very dodgy company. I signed the purchase contracts to buy this project. They counter signed and accepted everything and took my deposit. A few months later all of a sudden they asked to see additional proof of funds even though I already showed them and they accepted. I'm sure it was because they found another buyer willing to pay more so he sold the condo and kept my deposit. I am still trying to get my deposit back. Show less
