Positives: Location and price Show more Negatives: Developer has requested $100 extra per sqft after 2 years of no progress. Comments: Green City has requested $95000 with the first payment of $31500 due in 4 days since notice was sent out to begin construction due to increased material and labor costs. With 4 business day notice I'm led to believe the developer is expecting many purchasers to cancel their agreements so they can resell the properties at higher prices. Be wary of developers with no or very few completed projects. They price low to draw you in and your agreement allows them to increase prices at anytime for any reason. Show less
