Positives: Affordability, Design, Layout, Finishes, Location, Customer Service Show more Comments: Recently moved into one of the unit in the first phase. This townhome is actually the only one in the housing market right now where I can catch two birds with one stone. First, the presale price for the most units in this complex are incredibly affordable. Secondly, for it’s price, the quality of home I received was extraordinary. The design, the layout, the finishes and the list goes on. If anyone are interested in why I am so expressive, come and check the open house yourselves! Show less
