Positives: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , HIGH QUALITY Show more Comments: I recently came across the negative post about Ghods builders and I disagree. I'm not sure which project the reviewer is speaking to, but I lived in Ghods's first tower on Yonge and Finch. I was actually very pleased with the amenities provided at the time and the building layout. I've even heard he did some renovations to update the building recently. I sold my unit for a great amount. This builder cares and isn't hiding behind a corporate vail. Let's not make unplaced accusations about properties unless we've personally lived in them and have others to compare them to. It's easy to attack companies online. Show less

Positives: They Look Nice Show more Negatives: Terrible build quality and Ghods uses highly unskilled labour. Comments: Buy at your own risk. Ghods is a terrible builder, uses unskilled labour and evades many home building codes to reduce costs. Just ask anyone who lives in phase 1, they will share horror stories with you. Show less
