Positives: Customer service, build quality Show more Comments: We have been in our home for about 6 months now and we are very happy with our decision to go with Fusion. The sales team is amazing. We primarily worked with Chris who is just such a fun and nice guy. Debbie would also help us on design choices when we needed a forth opinion. They were always so warm and inviting and we really appreciate all the work they put in. After we moved in Adam helped is with any questions we had or if we had any concerns. He is a really great guy. One night I sent him a message becuase I forgot how to turn on our humidifier and he responded right away and was happy to help even though it was a litter later in the evening. Overall we are very happy with our home and notice that Fusion really pays attention to the details. I am sure many other builder cut corners to save money, but Fusion doesn't. You will notice in so many newer homes these days there are bulk heads all over the first and second floor - not with Fusion! Top notch. Show less

Positives: Show more Negatives: High quality expectations not as advertised Comments: Over 40 deficiencies on our new home when this company preaches surpassing buyer expectations. Not allowed to contact CEO. No priority to remedy by upper management. Advise anyone buying to review quality with existing owners. Do not go by model home alone. Show less
