Show more Comments: We now have 4 weeks under our belt and couldn't be happier with our recent purchase from Fifth Avenue Homes. We have never experienced such professionalism , attention to detail and kindness in any of our 8 homes we have purchased in the past. There are not enough words in the English dictionary to convey how happy and appreciative we are. The sales staff is second to none, not to mention, the owners of this company. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. They truly are one in a million and we would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an executive townhome to purchase a townhouse from Fifth Avenue Homes. When friends and family come over to see our new home, each and everyone's mouths drop!!! They can't believe how beautiful our home is. When people think of a townhome, they never in their wildest dreams would expect what they see when they enter our home. This was the best decision we have made to date. Look no further!!! Show more Comments: We cannot say enough about Fifth Avenue Homes. We dealt directly with the owner of the company. He could not have been more accommodating , kind, generous and helpful. The home itself is second to none. The specific details of the way they build a home is remarkable. In all my years of purchasing new homes, we have never had a better experience than with Fifth Avenue Homes. We would recommend this builder to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home, a home of your dreams. There are not enough words to describe how grateful and appreciative we are for being part of this development in Oak Ridges. We know that we will be so happy and look forward to coming home to our beautiful new palace each and every day !! They are simply the best!!!!! Show less
