Positives: Location Show more Negatives: Dead On Arrival Comments: We received an email promoting their site and decided to drive up there from Vaughan, a 1 1/2 hour drive. We toured the subdivision and then stopped by the sales office. We trudged our way through the unshoveled walkway towards the front door when an older man opened the door and blurted out "We're closed and were sold out anyway, OK?" and went back inside as quick as he came out. We were stunned by the level of rudeness, we still can't believe it. We have olive skin so maybe we weren't white enough for him, but he should be smart enough to know not to act the way he did.
