Negatives: Slow builders, Waterbill Arears blamed on us
Comments: Its been 2 years and they have not finished the landscaping. If you drive by our area it is a land fill. They lied about getting it done in a month. Its been 2 years now. They also caused a waterbill arears to be blamed on us and now we have to split the $200,000 payment from the 40 houses here ($5000+ each house at least). Today is Sept 25, 2020 we have hired a litigation lawyer to fight and sue them. They haven’t even finished our landscaping and they are already working on Swan Lake. If you want proof, drive by 16th and Williamson road and you will see the landfill is still here.

Negatives: these are the worst possible builders I have ever come across, they said they would give a walkout basement and now they wont, it is just nasty how they are. their upgrading is a complete rip-off,
Comments: I can for sure tell you that these are the worst builders you will ever come across, I'm looking forward to a law suit that I will be appealing soon

Comments: As an anxious first time home buyer, I came in for the opening last weekend based on the great feedback I have heard about the builder.
I must say, the opening was very well organized. I loved that it was appointment based as I have heard of disastrous openings in the past. I truly appreciated the sales staff who returned my calls quite quickly (needless to say I had quite a few as a first time home buyer). I have heard great things about Digreen Homes and the Markham project so I was pleasantly surprised.
I must say, I did feel terribly for the staff who had to deal with a few rude customers on site. I was glad to see see that there was security readily available as it was uncomfortable at times. Either way, the staff managed to handle it well.

Comments: After receiving my VIP event notice, I called the agent (Amarjit) and received a very quick response. I was able to book my appointment within the hour and was very impressed with her professionalism and know-how. When I showed up for my appointment, she was ready and waiting for me - I appreciated the fact that I did not have to wait and we were able to get right to it. To me, this showed how well organized this event was and as someone looking to upgrade their home, I've been to several new build open houses now. This was by far the best experience I have had throughout my house shopping. I did not feel any pressure to buy and Amarjit addressed any questions or concerns I had with patience and understanding - not once did I feel rushed to make a decision or leave. Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to buy, but I hope to purchase when the second phase has launched. Looking forward to it!
