Negatives: Deficiency list never completed. No one in office willing to respond to calls or emails.
Comments: Drywall patches left incomplete, no door knobs inside, no window screens, no closet shelving. A terrible experience, and speaking with neighbors many had the same experience. I'm surprised they have any good reviews.

Negatives: Worst experience I've ever had. Builders are terrible people and workmanship is far below satisfactory. Save yourself the hassle and go someone else. Been a nightmare since the day we moved in

Comments: A fast growing area! Close to so many great amenities too. Costco, Lake Head University, Home Depot, Cineplex Theatre. Honestly the list goes on and on. The prices are so low compared to Barrie, Toronto, Innisfil and other places. You would be crazy not to check this development out.

If your looking for a quality home without the craziness congestion of Barrie you need to check out Maplewood Estates.

Negatives: Worst "New Build Home" EVER!!!
Comments: Three time, "New Build" home owner, we are anything but new to the "home building experience". There is not a corner in this house that has not had issues and serious issues still remain unresolved, including documented and physical proof of Ontario Building Code violations. I am talking about structural issues with the roof, wall framing (causing cracking brick veneer), shingles, air barriers, foundation, electrical and plumbing. The finishes are of the poorest workmanship. Over 800 sq. feet of tile was delaminating from the subfloor and had to be replaced while we lived in the resulting mess for over a month. There is not a plumb door, window, wall or even a level floor in this house. Start to present this home/builder has been a nightmare for my family. Communication from their aftersales service is despicable! Speaking with other neighbours, we are not the only home with issues. I would not recommend this builder to my worst enemy. Wish I could include pictures with this review.
