Positives: Decade homes provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in preconstruction. Show more Negatives: During our predelivery inspection we found a lot of deficiencies in the finishes, but they will remedy them all. Comments: We were blown away by Decade Homes' response to our comments and concerns, from the initial offer to delivery. Everyone on their team was dedicated to customer service. Ultimately, my client's circumstances have changed and we have to assign our unit, but Decade Homes has been very cooperative with letting us reassign our unit. Thanks! Show less
