Comments: One of your expectations of buying a home from this builder is having all your toilets plugged and pay hundreds of dollars for a plumber within the first year. First they will tell you everything is under warrantee when you make the purchase, and by the time things go down, they will shove all responsibilities to you. I wanted to call my own plumber when all three of my toilets were plugged within the first year of purchasing a new home from this builder to see what the problem is, they insisted that they send their own plumber (to "ensure I got reimbursed I had to follow their process), next you expect the plumber (who relied on their contract to fill their coffer) to write up a big report, to be slapped in your face just to prove that it IS your own responsibility, that you throw nothing but toilet paper into your toilets, and having them all plugged, within one year time, in a BRAND NEW home. That's what DAWSON SAWYER's home is about.
