Positives: Priced low (but now I know why) Show more Negatives: Cheap, terrible communication Comments: Original estimated completion date was December 31, 2021. We were sent a letter advising that our homes would be completed early in August 2021, and to start getting our finances in order. We didn't hear anything until October 2021, at which point our mortgage rate had expired. Our new letter estimated an updated completion date of February 2022. In March 2022, we were given 3 days' notice for a walk-through. The quality we saw in this walk-through is cheap cheap cheap, especially the kitchen cabinets. It has very poor finishing and many of the drawers are not aligned. The kitchen island is uneven and the bathtub backsplash has an uneven design. They told us completion is estimated to be in 2 weeks. It's been almost a month and we've heard nothing. Hope our new mortgage rate doesn't expire. Show less
