Positives: The apartment view is great. I love all the amenities included in the building. The building is new so everything is fairly modern. good location! close to a subway.

Negatives: The management team at motion is horrible! They don't accommodate you in anyway. The quality of service in this building is very unprofessional. They don't help, they make the problem worse.
Comments: If you were to rent an apartment I do not recommend living here - I would look for somewhere else. You will dislike living here. I have a number of friends in the building and they all complain about the same thing mainly because of the staff working in the front office. They make your problems harder to deal with they charge you extra. If you are 1 day late paying rent whether it be for parking or you're apartment they will file an extra charge on top of what you have to already pay. They don't go over policies with you properly - they assume you already know. I previously lived in Jazz, another building owned by the same company and the reason i moved to Motion was because the service stunk in Jazz. Thinking Motion was a newer building their staff would of been more trained. Clearly this company lacks training for service, because i came across the same problem at Motion. Honestly, I would never rent with them again. Good luck to all those who consider this property! Cheers! :)
