Positives: Show more Negatives: Get cheated on "Parking" ; Don't Fix Deficiencies ; Zero response to complaints ; Their Address doesn't exist??? Comments: 1) At Presale, Customers are not told that some parking spaces are for small cars only. Customers got the impression that all parking spaces are of regular size or Bigger (For Oversize Vehicle or Handicapped Vehicles) As owner now I have a bigger vehicle that needs a regular size parking spot. I need the bigger vehicle to carry working equipment for work to make a living. Their management company "Rancho" says that it is the developer CCM that is responsible for parking assignments. I have been assigned a "small car" spot. Out of desperation, I have been Emailing CCM continuously day after day for a good 10+ days and yet there is NO REPLY. I also called CCM over the phone many times, leaving the same message and telling them to get back to me but all without response. Being desperate and fed up, I tried going in person to their office Addressed: 250-8380 Lansdowne, Richmond but such an address didn't even exist. Can anyone tell me what to do with such an irresponsible developer? 2) Show less
