Positives: Show more Comments: The reason I am giving a low rating to the builder is because during the course of the home building process, the builder could have been more accommodating to our needs considering the price point but that wasn't the case like they charged us $5000 in Jul’22 to reschedule the closing by 5 weeks to fall ‘22 but then delayed the closing themselves by 6 months so they should have refunded the $5000 delayed closing penalty from earlier to us. Also, we didn't like the fact that they charged us a penalty of $180 per day for a delayed firm closing of 24 Feb’23. This is even more frustrating when I explicitly informed them in Sep’22 that I will be traveling late January/early Feb’23 and therefore cannot close on Jan 31 ‘23. They did acknowledge my request back then but later sent a legal notice informing of the delayed closing penalty in Jan’23. That was not very professional from CaraCo specially considering the client is paying almost $1.3MM to purchase a property through them. Show less
