Positives: Show more Negatives: ******************* WARNING, POOR WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE**************** Comments: Capshaw Development built our home and we closed February 2022. There were a few minor issues that Capshaw assured us that they would come back and resolve. We have submitted issues to Capshaw and 2-10 Warranty and are only getting the runaround on whose responsibility it is now. Both of them are only pointing fingers at each other. It’s almost a year later and all the issues haven’t been resolved. Here a list of a few: Tile in shower not installed correctly- tile of shower not level and protruding from wall. Tile in master bedroom shower not sealed at top - Not resolved Defect in drywall- 3 areas- Pending repair Door trim in the toilet room was installed incorrectly, installed on the inner wall- saying that’s how it is supposed to look. We went to Greystone to take a look at the Johnston model and have pictures showing what it should look like. All Pipe holes underneath all sinks not properly installed. The Plumber sent out previously stated cabinet guys need to install correctly. Show less
