Comments: Run as fast as you can. Once you buy the house no one will talk to you about concerns or mistakes. I men really, no one will talk to you. Worst builder of the 5 new houses I have purchased.

Negatives: Didn't provide garage to home access, upgrades are insanely priced, getting them to fix post construction fixes is a nightmare.
Comments: I had purchased a home with this builder in their "Highlands of Millbrook" community. I am certain that I made worst decision of my life buying the home from these guys.
1) They said the door from garage to inside the house would be done (if the grade permits), at the time of pre construction sales event or during the design meeting. However they didn't give me the garage to inside access door. This feature is standard even in the smallest new construction homes with almost every builder in GTA. But Bromont didnt give me that. They wanted to cash on this feature as well. I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied with this.
2) Their upgrades are heavily priced.
3) I had closed my home 2 months ago with my balcony unfinished, hoping the builder would act on it. It's been 2 months, I have been following up and nobody cares. I am very very disappointed.
I would never recommend this builder to anyone in my life. I wish I didn't even signed up with them in the first place.

Negatives: They're very unreasonable with their upgrade rules and it's all about making $$$.
Comments: They spent too much $$ just to get the development started, so they're trying to get more back thru upgrades. ** Not sure about their build quality since our house is just in the works.
