Positives: Great units and excellent location, municipal programs have improved 113 street, condo board and new management are responsive, new FOB system for entry has improved security. Show more Negatives: City has been slow to upgrade 105 ave Comments: The building has improved significantly since the early years. The elevator issues has been resolved, the management company has been changed, and maintenance overall has been good. Show less
