Positives: the site super was nice, the parts of our house that function are nice, Show more Negatives: - construction manager was not a good person to deal with, sales representative should not be employed, leaks everywhere, in floor heating in 2 places doesn't work, many many issues before possession Comments: This is not a company anyone should work with. They built a cheap home but billed us the top premium dollars. The construction manager was not someone anyone should work with ever. The sales representative at the show home wrote rude and sarcastic emails and constantly told us we were wrong when we brought up an issue. That doesn't even get into the fact that they missed so many things building this home and we had to point out their mistakes. They made many errors including forgetting about a door a week before possession. 2 months after possession our home feels it's still under construction. Not a safe or happy place to live in, given the amount we paid for it. Show less
