Comments: Pro: Prime location within city centre and quiet park spaces. various amenities suitable for especially during work at home times, gym, library, outdoor terrace.
Con: interior is poorly built aesthetically. baseboard moulding are slanted (thought it was just my suite, turns out the gym was too), floor panels installed poorly along edges, bathroom shower tiles had to be replaced, caulking on both windows had to be redone within a year, electrical outlets installed crooked, not the cover, the box and screws inside the wall. I can make a whole list of things that look like it was installed without using a level.
Overall, great place overshadowed by poor interior. I am first owner of my suite, so all the touch ups are done now. If you buy here, look to see if the seller has done the same, or be mindful that you might need to either do them yourself or overlook these small details that you'll notice forever once you see it.

Comments: I was undecided about where to buy in Mississauga, but my broker recommended to Parkside Village, who was launching their project Block Nine. My experience was very positive overall. We bought our unit as an investment property since we know pre-construction projects can take years to get the keys. So far we are very happy with the customer service, and are looking forward to get moved in later this year!

Negatives: 1 of the elevator currently out of order
Comments: Overall a great place to live, no issues during my last 1 year renting. Some review said Duka Management is not so responsible. My experience is that management team are friendly and willing to do their daily job. I actually became buddies with them, totally depends on how do you treat other people. The rent I pay is high, but the price is pretty the same everywhere in SQ1 area, I would rather spend on a newer building.
