Positives: The home is made with above standard building supplies. Show more Negatives: Communication is awful, getting a response on an email is rare. This site has been delayed years and the town blames the builder and the builder blames the town. Comments: Purchased in 2013 and move in was late 2014. I didn't move in till spring of 2016, house was unfinished, no grading,driveway, window wells, exterior paint. Only this summer (2017) did i get some grass and still no drive way or even curbs. The site only had like 130 homes, 80 of which were alliance, so not a big site and small home all under 2000sq. Still 20 houses not dug or built and no end in sight as no machines on site to dig foundations. These poor people who think they are moving into their new homes with delay after delay.They seem to only be able of building 5 houses at a time which has created this huge delays. I would never tell anyone to buy with alliance homes, most unprofessional builder. If someone wants to buy from them just go see the site in Beeton and you can decide for yourself. Show less
