Once you work with him, you will not want to consider anyone else. Adrian is a very professional, knowledgeable, flexible and attentive builder. We have used Adrian’s help and expertise in building our family’s home. He was easily accessible, always in contact with us and returned all our calls and texts immediately. He always ensured to pay special attention to our wants and need, and we were completely satisfied with the whole experience! A&F Greenfield Homes Ltd. went above and beyond to make sure we were happy homeowners. Positives: The best experience ever Show more Negatives: Too bad we can't build a home with them every year ;) Comments: I cannot say enough great things about Adrian and his team. My wife was nervous about taking on a project so large, and from the very beginning everyone on builder's team made themselves available for every question we had. Day 1 brought their entire team around the table (literally) and from that first meeting we knew they were the builders for us! From groundbreaking in April to our move in date in October, this team made absolutely everything so easy! Thank you again for your level of professionalism and attention to every detail. (I forgot to mention we had them to take out all the tiles from the master en-suite due to the fact we didn't liked it that much when we saw it in the bathroom, and guess what - they put us the tiles we wanted and that didn't even affected the closing date.) They are great, they always have the client's best interest and happiness at heart! Show less

Positives: Only what is good is location of the lot. Show more Negatives: Too many to list. I would never build another house with this builder or to recommend him to friends. We moved into the house 14 months ago and still have issues like leak in cold cellar ect... Comments: I really blame myself for not walking out of the contract during the building process when I realized that some ongoing construction work was not matching the blueprints. When we moved into the house there was a problem with the electricity on the second floor for two months. In the evenings all bedrooms on 2nd floor stayed without power. Our cold cellar leaks whenever is heavy rain or snow melts. The builder refuses to fix the leak stated that we did change the grading, what is not true. Leak was reported to the builder 4 months before we added a mulch to the garden-bed (garden bed was originally set by two builder's sons. In the middle of winter our furnace stopped to work We reported this to the contractor who provided 5 years warranty on furnace. Contractor sent the engineer the same day who made calculations and found the insufficient pipe size for the furnace. They replace and re positioned the vents. The builder is refusing now to close old vents opening... Show less
