Positives: Show more Negatives: Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Comments: They installed a badly damaged washing machine in my brand new condo unit without even realizing it. During the pre-delivery inspection, there were many obvious damages in the unit. The most obvious was a shattered window. Yet they had the cheek to show me my unit in a terrible condition. They didn't have the common sense to fix up all the obvious damages before the pre-delivery inspection. After I took possession of the unit, I reported a damaged washing machine as that's when I realized it was damaged. But they have been very unprofessional and unapologetic. They even tried to blame me for not reporting it during the inspection. Even the people who installed the machine didn't realized it was badly dented and yet they tried to blame me for not realizing it during the inspection. They kept telling us that if there are any problems we discover after taking possession, it will all be covered under warranty. But that is not true. They have been very dismissive of every defect I report. Show less

Show more Negatives: They have no choice but to rely on many others to get work done, but they do their best. Comments: Again I highly recommend Jeff LaFrance and Nick Dutton they are patient, reliable, kind and work very hard. They are prompt their replies and sincere. Show less
