Positives: Great well-built building in wonderful & quiet neighbourhood Show more Negatives: City snow clearing is slow & not perfect around building Comments: The Metro is a great building with better value for money (more space) compared to Osbourne Village or Downtown without the extreme commute to the outer suburbs. Neighbours are friendly and easy going. Condo is well managed, and maintenance responds quickly to issues (even simple cleaning & hallway lightbulb replacements happen overnight). Pet-friendly: all the dogs are well-behaved! With the active transit path outside the backdoor, taking the dog for a walk is easy. South Osborne is a great up-and-coming neighbourhood; we now have one of Canada's best new restaurants at the end of the street, new local pubs and great coffee to go with already great food & iconic Park theatre. Located on rapid transit, commute to downtown for work or play in under 15 minutes. Or take the nearby bike/walking path to the Forks in 20 minutes. Show less
