Positives: Floor Map, Customer Service from sales and construction supervisor, Location Show more Comments: I purchased a semi detached house form Stanford in Brampton, I request for a side door to have separate entrance to basement and I got positive feedback from construction supervisor after he made the grading calculation. However, I paid extra money for that but I was more than happy to do so. Overall very good experience, sales lady helped me to find a suitable lot that matches my criteria. Floor map is decent lot size is 28 that gives a good with to house and pretty nice design. This new construction site looks pretty and I am looking forward to start living in my new home. Show less
