Comments: Throughout a series of 3 calls, the representative was rude, impatient, and absolutely unprofessional. They did not show up at our agreed booking time and blamed us for rescheduling for a wrong time.
We initially booked an appointment for Sunday at 10 am but then rescheduled to Saturday at 6 pm, which we showed up for. Having arrived at the location on Saturday at 6 pm, we called the representative at which point they said they had been there in the morning and had tried to reach us - there is no record of them trying to contact us, and it was the wrong time anyway. They then went on to blame us for rescheduling for the wrong time and insisted that this could have been avoided if we had had a realtor contact them instead.
Overall a very poor experience.

Comments: We have lived here for almost 2 years. There is still no garbage, green bin or recycling disposal. The landscaping has gone unfinished and we have piles of dirt for gardens. It looks horrible. I have done all the weeding in our garden since we moved in. The green space has also gone unfinished and then visitor parking is also a pile of dirt. There is garbage everywhere. When i did my gardening i dug up some soil and found garbage hidden underneath with dirt. The amenities room is locked and we have no access as it is also not complete. Developer is impossible to get a hold of and ignores all calls. If you plan to buy here i would advise to write into your conditions to have all landscaping done prior to completion - as well as any other issues or they will go unresolved.

Negatives: Master bedroom closets have narrow linen shelves, normal clothes hanger wont fit closet. Missing ceiling light above master bathroom jacuzi tub.
Comments: Advised developer of closet deficiencies and missing ceiling light.
Builder would not adjust price of unit or repair closet.
